Paper Quilling

for Beginners

Paper quilling is rolling thin strips of paper to create shapes that are used for designs and patterns. This craft class is designed for people with little to no experience in quilling. Participants will learn about tools, basic shapes and patterns, and will get to create a project. Please call the Howard Branch to reserve your place. Class size is limited and you must be 13 or older to attend. The class is free and materials will be provided by the library.
